7:00 AM Fitness Festival Open at Marina Green
7:15 AM Start Boat departs for Alcatraz Island and Swim Start
8:00 AM - 8:06 AM Race Start - All participants jump from boat and begin swim
10:00 AM First Professional Athlete Finishes
12:00 PM Awards begin at Festival Stage
3:00 PM Fitness Festival Closed at Marina Green
