Please note:
For those qualifying through Jarden Westchester or Triathlon de Gerardmer, you will receive an email on or around December 17, 2010 with registration instructions.
For those qualifying through the San Diego Triathlon or the Gateway to the Bay Triathlon, you will receive an email with instructions following your respective event.
The following events will qualify participants for the 2011 Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, tentatively scheduled for June 5, 2011 in San Francisco:

Over the last 30+ years, The Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon has established itself as one of the premier triathlons in the world and one of the few to be featured on national TV. Its popularity has also made it one of the hardest races to get into, on par with Kona.
The Escape to Alcatraz Triathlon Series was developed in 2003 as an additional option for those looking to participate in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. The Series consists of qualifying events across the United States and Internationally.
The best amateur male and female competitors from each race will qualify in the following manner:
