Before you register, please note the following:
Corporate Relay Teams are made up of three individuals: a swimmer, a cyclist, and a runner. Participants may not compete in more than one discipline on a team. Team members must all be from the represented Corporation or Organization.
The Corporate Challenge entry fee is $1200 per team. Each corporation or organization must enter at least TWO teams. You must register and pay for each team. The event will accept approx. 50 teams.
Included in your entry fee is the following:
- Team entry into the race (3 participants per team)
- Event t-shirt (x3)
- Corporate Challenge t-shirt (x3)
- Athlete Gift Bag (x3)
- Team invitation to the Saturday Corporate Challenge Reception
(Hors d’euvres and beverages provided, Pro Athlete Meet & Greet) - Team access to the Corporate Challenge VIP Hospitality Tent on Sunday
(Light food and beverages provided)
Teams compete on behalf of their represented Corporation or Organization for a chance to win the “Keys to the Rock” Corporate Challenge Cup. This is a perpetual trophy awarded each year to the Corporation with the combined fastest time of their top two finishing teams. The trophy resides with the winning Corporation for one year and they are invited back the following year to defend their title.
In addition to the Cup, honorable mention trophies are awarded to the first-to-finish in the following categories: Male, Female, Coed
IMPORTANT - NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Step 1: Register Team name and submit team payment
Step 2: Individuals register under their team name using instructions sent following TEAM registration and payment
Corporate Challenge Relay Teams must FIRST register and pay for each Team entry ($1200). We suggest you choose a Team Captain or Company Representative to manage the Team Registration and Payment process. Following Team registration and payment, individual team members may register at any time prior to April 23 using the specific online registration instructions located within the Team Registration acceptance email that will be sent to the Team Captain or Company Representative. Individual team members will not be required to submit any payment as this is taken care of during Team registration.
Tips for Successful Registration:
- Team Captains/Company Representatives should work with team members from all teams to choose team names prior to Online Team Registration.
- Use your Company Name within the Team Name. Example: Toyota Tri Heads; Toyota's Best
- Use PERSONAL email addresses as company email servers are more likely to block confirmation emails from our registration system
- Team members should register when they are certain they will participate and they are certain on which team they will compete. Team members have until April 23 to register for their team.
